Can I pause or cancel my recurring service?

Yes. We require 48 hours notice to reschedule a visit and 7 days notice to cancel recurring service. No long-term contracts — if you're happy with the results, we'd love to keep coming back.

Will I get the same team every time?

Yes. Consistency is one of the things our recurring clients value most. We assign you a dedicated 1–2 person team who learns your home and your preferences. If a team member is ever unavailable, we'll notify you in advance.

What if I'm not home during the cleaning?

Most of our recurring clients aren't home during their visit. You can leave a key, use a lockbox, or arrange garage access. Your team is background-checked and insured — your home is in safe hands.

What's the difference between bi-weekly and twice a week?

Bi-weekly means once every two weeks — our most popular plan. Twice a week means two visits per week, ideal for larger households or homes with young children and pets. We offer both.
