Should I book a move-out or move-in clean?

If you're leaving a rental, book a move-out clean — this is specifically designed to pass landlord inspection and help you recover your security deposit. If you're moving into a new home (even if it looks clean), a move-in clean starts fresh from scratch, including inside appliances, cabinets, and areas previous owners may have missed.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3–5 business days in advance, especially around month-end when move-out demand spikes. For urgent requests, call us directly at (508) 257-1007 and we'll do our best to accommodate same-week availability.

What if my landlord isn't satisfied?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If your landlord identifies specific areas that need re-cleaning within 48 hours of our service, contact us and we'll schedule a complimentary return visit to address those areas.

Do you clean empty homes or furnished homes too?

Both. Move-out cleans are typically done in empty homes. Move-in cleans can be done before or after furniture is moved in — we'll adjust our process accordingly. Note that empty homes allow us to do the most thorough job possible.
